My name is Dũng Le, though most people call me Young.
I've worked in IT since 2001. Over the last two decades, I've set up servers, fixed networks, supported growing businesses, and spent thousands of hours helping people solve technical headaches. Currently, I work in IT field services at Sigma Healthcare in Melbourne, keeping essential systems running smoothly behind the scenes.
Over the years, I've learned a simple truth: most business owners don't want more technology—they just want technology that works.
Too often, small business owners end up adapting their operations to fit rigid software, instead of the software adapting to them. That belief became the foundation of Yukon IT—the company behind SolOS, which I own and operate right here in Melbourne.
Lessons from the Counter
Technology has been my career, but running small businesses has been my real classroom.
Before building Yukon IT, I co-founded MK Motorsports in Clayton, Victoria, and later operated CAO's Café — Cafe de Garden in Tân Phú, Ho Chi Minh City. In March 2023, I brought my two kids back home to Melbourne with a fresh perspective and a lot of lived experience.
Those two businesses couldn't have been more different, but they shared the exact same everyday friction:
- Customers needing quick answers after hours
- Orders needing constant attention
- Booking or POS systems breaking at the worst possible moment
- Too many disconnected tools competing for your time
That's where I learned a lesson I'll never forget: a small business is often just one bad tool away from a bad week.
When your website goes down, a checkout fails, or support requests pile up at 9 PM, it's not just a technical glitch—it's lost revenue and unnecessary stress. Big corporations have whole departments to handle these issues. Small business owners don't. They are the manager, salesperson, bookkeeper, and IT support all in one.
I know, because I've stood in those shoes.
Why We Built SolOS
As I consulted for more local business owners, the same questions kept coming up:
“How can I respond to customers faster without staying up all night?”
“How can I automate the repetitive stuff without losing the personal touch?”
“How do I scale up without hiring a massive team?”
Those conversations led to SolOS—our dedicated multi-agent digital workforce, developed directly by Yukon IT. Think of SolOS as an extended team that works around the clock to give small businesses enterprise-grade capability without the corporate price tag.
The goal has always been simple: take the best open-source technology available and turn it into something that ordinary business owners can actually use.
If you have a spark of thought, SolOS can convert it into reality.
We structured SolOS into 11 specialised AI agents across three focused units:
| Unit | Agents | What they do |
|---|---|---|
| Pulse | Tam · Eve · Eva | Market research, trend analysis, and daily market briefs — published live at pulse.youngle.au. |
| Brain | Min · Mira · Sol · Nova · Echo | Orchestration, finance, system architecture, UI/UX design, research, and security. |
| Heart | Atlas · Alpha · Ace | The engineering hands — writing code, configuring network devices, and deploying physical infrastructure. |
The goal isn't to replace humans. It's to take proven open-source tools and turn them into simple, powerful systems that take the heavy lifting off your plate.
What Guides Us
There are thousands of tech companies out there. What sets Yukon IT apart is how we think:
Small Businesses Deserve Better. You shouldn't need a massive budget to have reliable, high-performing systems.
Open & Portable. You should own your systems, your data, and your code. No black boxes, no surprise fees, and no vendor lock-in. If you ever leave us, your platform goes with you. Everything we ship is MIT or Apache-2.0.
Security Comes Standard. Real account authentication, 2FA by default, and isolated external host data aren't premium upsells—they are built in from day one.
AI Should Assist, Not Take Over. Our AI trades on human approvals. It automates the routine tasks, but you always retain final authority over your business.
From Research to Practice
At Yukon IT, we don't just talk about software—we run it in the real world.
Through Pulse, we publish what we learn, share daily market research, and document our technical studies. At Yukon IT, we put those ideas into practice, delivering a unified platform that combines web hosting, e-commerce, point of sale, automation, and AI-powered customer engagement.
Every feature, script, and workflow we build is tested against one question:
Does this actually make life easier for the person running the business?
If the answer is no, we go back and fix it.
A Little More About Me
When I'm not configuring networks or tweaking AI agent workflows, life is quiet and grounded. I live in Melbourne with my two kids, Henry (15) and Victoria (12).
In my spare time, you'll usually find me doing breathing exercises, exploring plants and herbs, diving into macrobiotic philosophy (inspired by Michio Kushi), studying acupuncture, or learning about natural health remedies. I'm a big believer in continuous learning—whether it's software architecture, health, or business strategy, there's always something new to understand.
That curiosity is really what drives Yukon IT: a desire to build useful, honest tools for hard-working people.
That's Our Story
Nothing flashy. Just over two decades in IT, hands-on experience running small businesses, and an ongoing commitment to making technology simpler for the people who rely on it every day.

What We Can't Promise Yet
- The storefront is not finished. The commerce stack is running; the storefront is a placeholder today. The real storefront build is the next piece of work.
- POS card payments are phase 2. Cash and EFTPOS (manual) ship first.
- AI staff is in beta. EVE is Apache-2.0 and moving fast; we pin versions per tenant and we don't promise a frozen API.
- We are small. One team, one node, one pilot tenant at a time. If you need a vendor with a support SLA today, we're not it — yet.
