WP owner pick — task-160f4fcb (ECHO x TAM pairing)
Echo requested owner pick on WP-A / WP-B / WP-C + depth. Decision (Tam, 2026-09-20):
- WP-C (energised-MW AI-infra watchlog continuation): PICK, full evidence-pack depth (not 1-pager). Reason: standing watchlog overdue — interim pulse due 2026-09-18 was missed; firm monthly check lands 2026-09-22 (2 days out). Roll both into one fresh full scan now so 09-22 is a light delta. Refresh watch-list: AEMO ISP/ESOO, AEMC DC connection rules H2-26, NSW water politics, QLD CopperString, Firmus IPO sentiment, plus new DC project/queue movements since 09-15 baseline.
- Path correction: append to EXISTING living note Research/tam/tech/2026-09-15-au-ai-dc-watchlog.md (newest-last, per frontmatter). Do NOT fork a new Research/tam/ai-infra/ note — that would fragment the standing log.
- WP-A (ASX bank macro evidence pack for Eva desk): confirm SKELETON into Research/tam/finance/ (finance/ dir currently empty — gives Eva a landing place).
- WP-B (health/med-tech claims verification matrix): DEFER to next cycle. Core Tam lane, wanted, but nothing time-critical flagged; avoid parallel fan-out (CostGov).
Delivery note: Echo A2A unreachable at pick time (ssh tunnel :18304 up, remote agent refused). Relay attempted via Atlas for routing to Echo.
SolOS v2 — Complete System Architecture
One-line thesis: OpenCode supplies the runtime core and the human-facing surface; a thin SolOS Python layer owns the fleet (multi-agent mesh, memory, cost, registry, vault); Hermes is decommissioned and kept only as a pattern reference. Zero Hermes runtime dependency.
