1. Nova and Echo join Brain Unit on Hermes (LAB). Not Heart/SolOS, not SolOS Telegram interface.

   • Nova → @NovaSolOS_bot (token provided by Young — Sol stores in profile .env, NOT in vault)
   • Echo → @EchoSolOS_bot (token provided by Young — Sol stores in profile .env, NOT in vault)
3. A2A peers on ports 8314/8315 (Brain side, not Heart 8301-8305).
4. Remove Nova and Echo from Heart Fleet (Sol's lane).
5. Personas and memory rewritten by Tam (Tam's lane).
6. Min registers on vault. Mira cleans up and consolidates.

Heart Fleet is now 3 agents (Ace, Alpha, Atlas), still portable across all hosts.

Migration steps (Sol's lane)

1. Create Hermes profiles: hermes profile create nova --clone min, hermes profile create echo --clone min
2. Store Telegram tokens in each profile's .env (NOT in vault):
   • ~/.hermes/profiles/nova/.env → TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN=8788366150:AAFCBdsDvSCHGpqy5OAeRRMSvCr-jrSEWSI
   • ~/.hermes/profiles/echo/.env → TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN=8740760211:AAE23HL08T-otAQDIp6grbGDnOhKy2hfU7g
3. Set TELEGRAM_ALLOWED_USERS to Young's Telegram user ID (8302448891) in each profile
4. Enable exclusive_bot_mentions: true in each profile's config.yaml
5. Configure A2A peers: Nova 8314, Echo 8315 in each profile's config.yaml
6. Copy skills from min profile (already done by --clone)
7. Verify multiplexed gateway serves both: hermes gateway status
8. Test: @mention @NovaSolOS_bot and @EchoSolOS_bot in the group
9. Remove Nova and Echo from Heart Fleet registry (agents.yaml + port registry)
10. Verify Heart Fleet now has only Ace/Alpha/Atlas on 8301-8303

Persona rewrite (Tam's lane)

• Nova: UI/UX designer — dashboard frontend, storefront design, KB design, admin UI, landing pages, brand/design system. Persona: visual thinker, detail-oriented, design-first.
• Echo: Marketing/researcher — content calendar, Eve's Corner scripts, social media, market research, copywriting. Persona: strategic thinker, audience-focused, data-informed.

Tam rewrites SOUL.md + USER.md + MEMORY.md for each profile.

7. Vault registration (Min's lane)

• This file (commit below).
• SolOS/hosts/host-topology-roles-2026-10-16.md — Nova/Echo added to Brain Unit on LAB, ports 8314/8315, Heart Fleet reduced to Ace/Alpha/Atlas on 8301-8303.
• fleet-dashboard-plan.md — dashboard plan references Nova (frontend) and Echo (marketing) as Brain agents.

6. Vault cleanup (Mira's lane)

Mira consolidates vault:

• Remove superseded docs (e.g. study files replaced by this authority doc)
• Merge duplicates (multiple brief/status files from 2026-10-11)
• Archive stale V2 content (9.archive already exists — keep it, but prune further)
• Keep only relevant + latest + design-only docs
• Report what was archived/removed/merged
