Products from Vercel templates — our offer catalogue (2026-10-17, Tam for Mira)
Products from Vercel templates — our offer catalogue (2026-10-17, Tam for Mira)
Young: "work on which products we should offer based on Vercel Example — they give us a platform to showcase our services. All repos live-verified via GitHub API today.
Basis: our stacks ARE Vercel's templates
The strategic point first: the site stack we run (Nuxt/Docus) is itself a Vercel template (nuxt/docus, ★3,117 MIT, pushed yesterday). When Vercel showcases it, we can showcase OUR deployments of it — our docs.youngle.au IS that template running our vault. That's the "showcase" mechanism Young named: client demos = Vercel templates running OUR hosted services beneath them.
Verified template/repos → our product lines
| Vercel template family | Repo (verified) | Our product | Fits pilots |
|---|---|---|---|
Nuxt Docs (vercel.com/templates/nuxt/docus) | nuxt/docus ★3,117 MIT — what docs.youngle.au runs today | Docs/KB website hosting — company knowledge base + agent-published docs + our vault-mirror build pipeline | 1 (Young Le docs), 2 (YukonIT KB) |
| Nuxt UI SaaS | nuxt-ui-pro/saas ★564 MIT | Client portal / subscription landing — for tenants who sell services online (bookings with account areas) | 2 |
| Nuxt UI Landing | nuxt-ui-pro/landing ★402 MIT | Business landing pages — packaged with domain + email as the entry tier | 1, 2 |
| Nuxt UI Dashboard | nuxt-ui-pro/dashboard ★1,093 MIT | Our OWN fleet dashboard UI (the /dashboard page design rides this component family) — also sellable as client ops dashboards | internal |
AI Chatbot (next.js/ai-chatbot) | vercel/ai-chatbot ★20,995 | AI assistant hosting — alternative runtime for EVE-style support agents (Next-based vs our Nitro EVE) | 2 |
| Platforms (multi-tenant SaaS) | vercel/platforms ★6,719 | Per-tenant custom domains pattern — the architecture pattern underlying our hosting product (multi-tenant with per-tenant domains) | internal + 2 |
| Next.js Commerce | vercel/commerce ★14,308 MIT | commerce comparison base (Shopify-first now); our commerce = Medusa lane | — |
| + our commerce core | medusajs/dtc-starter ★147 MIT + Agilo/medusa-pos-starter ★121 MIT + vercel/eve ★5,591 Apache-2.0 | Medusa + POS + EVE (theproducts of record) | 2 |
Product catalogue (proposed — Mira prices)
- KnowledgeBase — Nuxt/Docus site + our vault-mirror pipeline + domain + email. Client writes markdown (or talks to an EVE agent); we host and publish. Showcase: docs.youngle.au itself.
- BusinessOnline — Landing (Nuxt UI Pro) + domain + Office365 + contact/agentic chat button. Entry tier.
- Commerce+POS — Medusa v2 storefront + Agilo POS on tablets + EVE receptionist, per-tenant stack on our Docker design. Showcase: the yukonit pilot.
- AIAgent hosting — EVE (or ai-chatbot) instance per client with tenant-scoped memory + HIL gates. Bundled with 2/3; standalone for shops who have a site already.
- OpsDashboard — Nuxt UI Pro Dashboard used for internal fleet dashboards (v1) and later client ops dashboards (v2).
Each product riding the SAME stack (Nuxt/Nuxt UI + our Docker/hosting design) = the showcase story is coherent: "everything you see on docs.youngle.au is the same machinery your business runs on."
Pilot mapping (Young's list)
| Pilot | Domain | Services | Products ride |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Young Le | youngle.au | Docs + Pulse website | KnowledgeBase (our own vault pipeline on customer's domain) + hosting/domain/email add-ons |
| 2. YukonIT | yukonit.com.au | KB Website + EVE + Medusa + Storefront | KnowledgeBase + AIAgent + Commerce+POS — the FULL package showcase |
Note for Mira: pilot 1 = our own content pipeline as a service (near-zero marginal cost, high showcase value); pilot 2 = the full bundle (A$119 tier target). Both pilots run on prod's design without touching capacity limits (agents ~0.25 GB each; tenant stack 4.8 GB).
Licences (all verified)
Nuxt/docus MIT; nuxt-ui-pro family MIT; vercel/ai-chatbot = NOASSERTION (Apache-2.0 + underlying AI SDK terms — check NOTICE before packaging); medusajs core MIT; Agilo MIT; EVE Apache-2.0. One flag: vercel/platforms has no LICENSE file (GitHub shows None) — pattern-reference only, do not copy code into client deliverables (write the pattern ourselves in the tenant template).
🎯 Tam's Read: Vercel templates give us the showcase layer while our own designs give the substance — the offer catalogue is 5 products that all ride the same Nuxt+Docker stack, both pilots map cleanly (Young Le = pipeline showcase, YukonIT = full bundle), and the only licence caution is platforms (reference-only).
Products as services — what the three catalogues actually contain
Young, 2026-10-18: "these are the products that we are offered as services, study it and add to services-pricing-model-aud.md" — naming three catalogues: eve.dev/templates, medusajs.com/starters, nuxt.com/templates.
Security layer — 2FA and account management
Young, 2026-10-18: "Another features that we need to add as security layer, pls share your thought everyone: 2FA and account management"
