Nova and Echo → Brain plane

Decision (Young)

Bring Nova (UI/UX) and Echo (Research/Security) into Brain Unit to handle UI/UX design and marketing workloads.

What was done

1. Registry: plane: heart → brain for echo and nova (ports 8304/8305 unchanged)
2. Hermes profiles created: nova, echo on LAB
3. SOUL.md written for both with correct personas
4. .env populated with Telegram tokens + API keys (mode 600)
5. config.yaml: A2A ports set (echo=8304, nova=8305), telegram enabled
6. Skills copied from sol profile (34 skill dirs each)
7. A2A listeners already running (V3 systemd units, created earlier today)

Needs Young's action

Run from a shell outside the gateway: hermes gateway restart This picks up nova/echo profiles and starts their Telegram bots (@NovaSolOS_bot, @EchoSolOS_bot).
