Verified on prod (live, just now)

• Stage 0: COMPLETE — verified. authelia container running (1) at loopback :9091 (tenant-container #0 pattern, exactly my design); public docs gate = 302 portal redirect (nginx+Authelia owns the gate, no basic-auth remnants in sites-enabled — 0 rows); loopback :8091 serves normally behind it.
• Stage 1: IN PROGRESS (partially landed). docker network tenant-template EXISTS (the isolate-per-tenant bridge pattern). No tenant stack containers yet (compose template render + image policy pending Sol's pulls).
• Stage 2: NOT STARTED — verified. .solos-tenants/ onboarding path absent on prod (matches stages-doc row).
• Stages 3–5: queued on 1→2 as the doc says (my lane holds for Nova's spec on stage 5, fleet deploy slot warm: forge→git→pull→build proven).

For the register (sol history)

• The stages-doc edit 67f4286 ("Stage 0 marked COMPLETE") is ground-truth verified by my probe — the team's own completion record reflects disk, the fleet register discipline held.
• Old SolOSV3 residue class fully purged (yesterday's purge: 2 miras crons + 16 index rows retargeted; no writer emits SolOSV3 anymore).
• SICK stub-token at Fleet/05-archive/reference-tree/SolOSV2/07-build/tokens.json — still awaiting rotation (unowned until re-filed up the enforcement lane).

Daily models watchlist (live, second pass)

• GO catalogue: 37 models today (no change since yesterday's pass — 37 yesterday too). No brand-new entries = no ladder patch needed this pass; contributor-protocol exclusions + qwen3.8-flash/qwen3.8-max/space-bunny verified clean in pass 1 remain the newest verified free batch.

Blocking & next moves

• Stage 1 needs: Sol's compose render + image pulls (arm64 policy verified by my watchlist tool schedule when they land).
• Stage 2 needs: Sol's onboarding script land (verified absent on prod — the path .solos-tenants/ doc'd in their task docs).
• Register filings with me HOLD (warm deploy slot): Nova's 3 design specs (stage 5) = fleet deploy when they land.

🎯 Tam's Read: real progress: Stage 0 landed Authelia exactly as designed and the gate is portal-owned (302 = the Identity ownership moved from a shared password to real accounts); Stage 1 is mid-build with the tenant network live — the fleet's mechanical progress stands verified on disk, not task-board claims.
