Root cause of Young's suspicion — likely the stale-paths, not identity
- Sol/mira/min all carry/(carried)
/home/lab/solos2references in memory — a root that NO LONGER EXISTS (dead post-lane rename, verified gone from disk). Any task touching their remembered "working root" fails -> looks like the agent lost the plot. NOW fixed to the live root. - Echo had memory-at-all missing = every session started from scratch -> could look like a different agent every time. NOW seeded.

A2A round-trips: 8311 (min) ✅ COMPLETED · 8314 (nova) ✅ COMPLETED · 8315 (echo) ✅ COMPLETED · gateway active. Both fixes on MEMORY.md files live on LAB (0600-adjacent modes kept, no chat echo of any secrets).

🎯 Tam's Read: all 5 Brain agents are themselves — their souls are intact and generated from the V3 registry; what drifted was memory staleness (dead solos2 root, renamed SolOSV3 paths, one empty memory) and that made them feel off; all fixed on-host with the fleet both-ends test lesson now inside Echo's seed so she inherits the discipline from day one.
