Nothing was dropped. Ten open items had no card anywhere and became cards; the rest were already on a board or already resolved.
Do not point a generator at this file, and do not resurrect it: the Hermes projection generator
refuses this retired path fail-closed (sync_kanban.py RETIRED guard).
