Board split executed (2026-10-20) — fleet-board routed to its right board

Board split executed (2026-10-20) — fleet-board routed to its right board

Young's ruling applied: separate boards per workstream

LAB (5 boards):

  • docker-vhost (ready=4): Stage-1 finish (sol) | Stage-2 onboarding script (ace) | feed-channel + email provider confirm (sol) | cross-customer MUST-FAIL test (sol)
  • research (ready=1): Stalwart webhook-signature review (tam)
  • daily-operation (ready=5): dashboard 5-docs consolidation (nova) | Min work-queue dispatcher (min) | WhatsApp cost ruling (mira) | Marketing/Social tier ruling (mira) | free-model watchlist (tam)
  • solos-v3 (live build board, stays: archived=45 blocked=3 ready=3 running=6) + default (empty)

PULSE laptop (boards):

  • daily-report-brief (ready=2): Eve morning-brief + daily report to Young
  • research (ready=2): free-model watchlist (tam) + Stalwart review (tam)
  • podcast (ready=2): morning show + evening wrap (eva, CommSec-style, company names not tickers)
  • pulse (archive: 42 done) + default (archive: 6) + solos-v3 (laptop copy pending Min stale-stage cleanup)

Migration notes for Min (her lane)

  • The hand-rolled fleet-board.md entries are now distributed (each entry landed as a kernel card in its right board with a named assignee); fleet-board.md retires as a register (superseded pointer appended). The 3 REAL blockers stay on solos-v3 untouched.
  • Duplicate watchlist cards land on BOTH hosts deliberately: LAB = fleet-visible (Min dispatcher); laptop = the Pulse-local working copy (my lane; when the V3 listener lands they merge into one wire path).
  • Board commands verified: hermes kanban boards rename <slug> <name> works; boards rm soft-archives (recoverable).

Honest limits

  • Per-board dispatcher loops exist by design but are NOT running yet — starts when Min scheduler go.
  • Cards are dispatch-ready; live workers (Heart lanes) need the wrapped-CLI wiring per hermes-native-fleet-system.

🎯 Tam Read: the fleet now boards the way it works — docker-vhost/research/daily-op on LAB, daily-brief/research/podcast on Pulse — each its own dispatcher queue awaiting Min go; the markdown register retires into kernel cards; every blocker sits with a named owner instead of a todo list.
