Channel + ARMS map update (Young-s directive, measured live 2026-10-21 morning)
1. The channel map ONLY ONE STORY, verified live
LAB <-> Pulse — BOTH directions live over the mesh:
- LAB -> Pulse: reverse forwards 18441/18442/18443 (on LAB) -> the three V3 A2A listeners on the laptop (protocol 1.0); verified live: agent-cards answer (Eva/Eve/ Tam 1.0) and real round-trips COMPLETED - self-identified correctly last night AND re-verified this morning.
- Pulse -> LAB: mesh tunnels 18301-18313 (laptop) -> LAB agents; verified this morning: Heart 8301/8302/8303 (ace/alpha/atlas) ALL TASK_STATE_COMPLETED from the Pulse side + Brain lanes (sol 18313 / mira 18305) COMPLETED. Both dialects ride.
Pulse & LAB -> Production — OPEN (one-way):
- laptop -> prod: live via
tam_tunnel_key(9906/8447/8448 reverse lanes + 8433/8434 forwards) and viatam_server_keyone-way ssh (LAB-TO-PROD-OK verified); PROD A2A answering live on its own 49374 (card 200). - LAB -> prod: own key, verified this morning (LAB-TO-PROD-OK + prod ARMS card 200).
- prod -> LAB / prod -> Pulse: structurally denied (topology): no route.
2. opencode V2 (ARMS) — now reachable from every unit
| ARMS instance | Where | Reachable from | Verified |
|---|---|---|---|
opencode serve --service :49374 on laptop | Pulse host (pid 2394296) - the Pulse-unit executor | Pulse agents directly (loop harness); from LAB via the mesh through a Pulse worker lane | live |
opencode serve :49374 on prod | prod host - the tenant-host executor | Pulse + LAB via one-way ssh (card 200 verified both today) | live |
opencode lingual on LAB: .opencode/bin/opencode serve --service | LAB host (pid 928162) | LAB agents + Pulse (via worker lane or ssh -L per card) | running |
Correction to last night-s confusion (SELF): my "nova/echo refused" + "v3 units inactive" probe rows were WRONG-side readings (querying LAB-s systemctl/ports while thinking laptop). The measured truth: all three laptop V3 units are ACTIVE, all five LAB agent lanes + all three HEART lanes answer from the Pulse side. The map above is correct as of this morning; the earlier false rows are superseded by this note.
3. What Brain Unit needs to know (register-facing)
- Brain -> Pulse A2A: works. Use
message/send(Hermes-style) direct to laptop:8443 and verso via tunnels Lauren 18441-3 in either style. - Brain -> Heart (LAB) work: SendMessage v1.0 on 8301-3.
- Pulse -> Heart work: same, via mesh tunnels 18301-3.
- **Pulse/LAB -> prod work: server key + ssh -L if shells are needed; the A2A lane to prod agents rides existing forwards (9906/8447/8448 map) - per the ssh-access matrix, those lanes stay one-way.
🎯 Tam Read: every unit now speaks to every other unit that the trust topology allows - Pulse-LAB both ways over the mesh, both into prod one-way, both dialects understood on each leg, and every opencode ARMS (laptop, LAB, prod) answers its own port from the right caller - verified live this morning, false rows from my evening probes superseded with attribution.
