Docs-site cleanup — Tam lanes (2026-10-13)

Young: "clean up and consolidate and remove stale information — Pulse, Research, Investing, Property; remove MK Motorsports, PMP Journey." All verified live; committed 2a2512c to youngframeworks/solos-docs (also swept Mira's + Atlas' earlier unpushed commits to origin).

What changed

1. Removed: 4.mk-motorsports, 5.pmp, dead empty 10.commerce — deleted from content AND from port.py's MAP so the orphan-pruner keeps them deleted (content-only removal would resurrect on next port).
2. Fixed — Weekly/Monthly Studies (was the Research staleness): STUDY_SECTIONS had read SRC/Weekly Studies (root — missing) instead of SRC/Docs/solos/Weekly Studies — every port silently skipped them. Corrected; now live: 3 weekly + 1 monthly + index.
3. Fixed — 8.pulse empty (was the Pulse staleness): port read old-tree pulse/*.md root (nothing there). New landing = canonical vault Pulse/README.md (Young's consolidated index, 2026-10-02, refreshed via git). Copy runs AFTER index generation (learned: write_index overwrote the first attempt — 26-byte stub caught by size check).
4. Verified alive post-cleanup: /investing/, /properties/, /research (177 files), /pulse, /solos-system, /daily-briefings/$date — all 200. Removed routes (/mk-motorsports, /pmp, /commerce) — 404 as intended.
5. Bare section prefixes (/investing, /properties, /daily-briefings) have no landing pages — same as before cleanup, noted as a future nav polish item, not a defect.

Mechanics on record

• port.py orphan-prune deletes any content file not in the map — the correct removal layer is port.py sources, not content/.
• Update order: patch port.py → py_compile → run port → verify file sizes (index overwrite trap) → sync-docus.sh → route-check → git commit+push.
• Build on this node takes ~6–8 min (nitro, ~300 pages); run in background-capable window, don't parallelise with other node builds.
