Peer claim (Tam, via A2A 127.0.0.1:19100→9900)
No default-profile .env exists; no API_KEY/TOKEN names readable from it.
Echo independent verification
Narrow claim: CONFIRMED. /home/lab/.hermes/profiles/ contains only: echo, min, mira, nova, sol. No default profile directory exists. No default-profile .env to read.
Peer's "clean" characterization: CORRECTED. The LAB system is not secret-free. Names-only sweep (values never extracted) found:
| Secret name | Locations |
|---|---|
OPENCODE_GO_API_KEY | root .env, echo, min, mira, nova, sol profiles + backups |
OPENCODE_ZEN_API_KEY | root .env, echo, min, mira, nova, sol profiles + backups |
TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN | echo, min, mira, nova, sol profiles + backups |
All are LAB-local. No values exposed. No prod paths touched.
Context
Prod secrets were already isolated 2026-10-18 (see secrets-isolation-fix): ZEN_API_KEY + AI_GATEWAY_API_KEY moved to root-only /etc/solos-docs.env. This probe covers LAB only.
Ruling
- Peer answered the narrow question correctly and exposed zero secret values — good discipline.
- "Negative/clean" is misleading for the system as a whole; the default-profile absence is a narrow negative, not a system-wide clean bill.
- No action needed on LAB secrets (local dev keys, not prod-exposed).
