Prod redesign step 1 — vault gone from prod (2026-10-18)

Young's directive: take docs.youngle.au off its current shape; redesign so the site syncs only from LAB via git; no vault syncs to prod; prod becomes the tenancy vhost platform (Docker + container); Pulse website moves into tenant vhost later.

What was removed (all verified live)

: 405 M disk reclaimed; disk now 14 G used / 179 G free (8%).

The new content lane (verified working end-to-end)

LAB vault → git push (solos-vault repo) → docs-site repo (content/ is tracked in youngframeworks/solos-docs, 492 files) → prod git pull → sync-docus.sh build → nginx.

• Verified today: prod repo content/ is CLEAN (no exports needed), git pull = "Already up to date", sites serving 200/200/200 (docs, pulse, home), nginx config valid, solos-docs active.
• Content updates now flow by default the same way every vault research note flows: LAB commit → GitHub → prod pull. My forge (build_site.py on LAB) remains the generator that vault→content conversion; only its delivery end changes (git commit instead of scp-tar).

What prod now is — clean tenancy base

• Only services: docs-site (git-based), pulse-site, docker (ready for tenants), nginx (front gate).
• No vault, no vault sync, no gdrive-from-prod (gdrive offsite lane lives where the vault is: LAB/laptop).
• Ready for tenant onboarding per docker-systems-prod-node.md design.

Open in this redesign wave

• ⚠ solos-docs nuxt.config comment still references "the canonical vault (LAB)" — cosmetic; the actual source of truth is GitHub links.
• Pulse-site's exact tenant-vhost shape = next redesign slice (with Sol).
• YukonIT + Young Le tenant stacks = next onboarding (Docker design already registered).
