The manifest — what is current, what is old

The rule the vault drifted from: one live home per fact. Everything outside 05-archive/ claims to be live — but 130 files claim that, and some of them predate the system they describe. This manifest is the classification of record.

How each file was classified: by reading its date and its content against what the code actually is now — not by its folder. A 06-implementation file dated 2026-10-10 describing stages that have since changed is historical; a 03-decisions file recording a ruling that still stands is live.

The three sentences to remember

1. The manual is a copy; the original is the authority. If they disagree, the original wins and the manual gets regenerated.
2. 05-archive/ is history. Nothing there operates anything.
3. PLAN.md + PENDING-APPROVAL.md + the production doc are the live set. Everything else remains only if you want the trail.

Honest limits of this manifest

• Classified by Mira alone, in one pass. Min owns the register and Sol owns the archive; if either disagrees with a row, their row wins and mine is corrected.
• PROD-ACCESS-BRAIN-AND-HEART.md was modified 21 minutes before I wrote this — it is Min's in-flight work. Classified as current because of what it verifies, not because it is finished.
• Not committed. The vault has shared uncommitted state; a commit here would sweep siblings' files. Registered in the index, left uncommitted.
