Production server redesign + pilot tenants + docs sync ruling (authority)
Young, 2026-10-18:
"Preparing the Production Server for our tenancy vhost using Docker + Container. Our pilot tenants: 1. Young Le — domain youngle.au, services Website + EVE. 2. Yukon IT — domain yukonit.com.au, services Medusa + storefront + EVE. There should be docs vault."
"Sol and Nova — First we need to take off Docs website docs.youngle.au. Redesign it and only sync data from LAB. No Vault is sync to Production Server."
"Tam assist Sol. Pulse Website will be moving into tenant vhost."
"Echo and Mira — Study hostinger.com for their products offer and plan up for Yukon IT."
Rulings locked in
1. Docs website redesign — only sync data from LAB
- docs.youngle.au is taken off (Sol + Nova's lane)
- Redesign the docs site from scratch
- Only sync data from LAB — the vault content (markdown) is the source of truth
- NO Vault sync to Production Server — the vault repo (git history, .git, config) does NOT go to prod
- Only the rendered/content data (markdown files → Docus content/) syncs LAB → prod
- Tam assists Sol
2. Pulse website → tenant vhost
- pulse.youngle.au moves into the tenant vhost pattern (same as docs.youngle.au)
- Per-tenant nginx vhost + Docker container
- Tam assists Sol
3. Pilot tenants
| # | Tenant | Domain | Services | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Young Le | youngle.au | Website + EVE | EVE agent for customer support |
| 2 | Yukon IT | yukonit.com.au | Medusa + storefront + EVE + docs vault | Existing trading hosting business |
4. Hostinger study (Echo + Mira)
- Study hostinger.com products and pricing
- Plan for YukonIT migration
- Compare vs current Oracle ARM free-tier
- Report: products, pricing, fit for YukonIT
5. Admin backend choice — YukonIT
- Both Option 1 and Option 2 (hybrid) — already agreed
- Nuxt UI Pro Dashboard = frontend admin shell
- Medusa V2 Admin = commerce backend
- KB + EVE = customer self-help layer
